EmLead Project Meeting Held in Ljubljana

Partners of the Erasmus+ project EmLead – Empathy-Driven Leadership gathered in Ljubljana to review the project’s progress and define the next steps in its implementation.
The meeting focused on key operational and content-related aspects to ensure the quality and coherence of project results and upcoming activities.

  • Project management and finances – reviewing the current status and agreeing on upcoming responsibilities
  • Final design of the Booklet and professional consultation guidelines – aligning the structure, visual layout, and content
  • Framework for the training content – defining thematic areas and methodological approaches for the training activities
  • Upcoming dissemination activities – planning communication channels, outreach actions, and engagement of target groups

The next partners’ meeting will take place in Vienna, where the LTT training for youth workers will be organised as the next key project activity.
